Conference 2010
The NZIDE (NZ institute of driving educators) has their fantastic annual 2010 conference coming up!
The dates for the conference are:
Saturday 31st of July and Sunday 1st of August.
The conference will be held at the Airport Motel in Wellington.
The Airport Motel can provide accommodation, in the same building as the conference, for you to stay and a shuttle pick up from the airport.
Please book your own accommodation and airport pick up. All people attending the conference will receive a 10% discount on their accommodation.

AIRPORT MOTEL by the BAY - "OUR MOTEL IS A NON SMOKING COMPLEX"
Floor unit: we only have a choice of 2 sorts of units on the ground floor, so depending on what you are after. We have offered the conference delegates corporate rates (in brackets) when staying with us.
Studio Unit (Traveller) [accommodates two], Downstairs unit, with Double bed, kitchenette, tea/coffee facilities, microwave & bar fridge. Bathroom with Shower. Easy access to our courtyard ONLY $119 per night. ($107.00)
Family Suite (Deluxe) [accommodates four], Downstairs unit with a Queen bed in a separate Bedroom, 2 single adult sized Bunk beds in alcove area. LCD TV's in lounge and master bedroom, Bathroom includes corner Spa Bath, Kitchenette with 2 element Hob, microwave, tea / coffee facilities, microwave, bar fridge and "Awesome" Sea views from unit at ONLY $179 per night. ($161.00)

Payment for your accommodation/car storage will be deducted from your credit card at the time of Booking.
SHUTTLE INFORMATION:

Our shuttle can collect you at the Airport, It is Essential to provide us with a flight number and arrival date and time when booking.
On Arrival at Wellington Airport, collect your baggage and then dial FREE 0800-2-24776 (0800-2-AIRPORT) from a phone in the arrivals area.
Are YOU: Flying OUT of Wellington !!
Our free shuttle runs between 8.00am and 1:00am outside of these hours we have a local taxi company who will collect you from our complex and deliver you to the airport for only $12.00 (CASH).
PLEASE BOOK DROP OFF TIME THE NIGHT BEFORE.
Are YOU: Driving TO Wellington !!
We are the only motel complex to have its own secure undercover car parking building, just $10* per day will keep your car safe while you are away,FREE pick up from the Airport on your return.
(*Only if staying a night with us plus there will be no booking Fee- SAVE $45 on 7 days storage). Standard Secure Car Storage is $15 a day with $15 Booking Fee on 1st day.
ALL ROOMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY . . . WE HAVE A 24- HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY INFORMATION:
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW Policies
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with at least 24hrs notice. No shows will not be refunded.
GROUP BOOKINGS:
Group Bookings require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking and the balance to be paid a minimum of 4 weeks (1 month) before arrival. Cancellation requirements for all group bookings is a minimum of 4 weeks (1 month) notice.
