"Street Talk"
"Street Talk" is an approved course of instruction teaching advanced driving skills.
"Street Talk" gives you the skills to be an "in-control" driver.
"Street Talk" consists of 4 class room sessions and one on road Practical session, which set you up ready for you Full licence test.
"Street Talk" provides you with your own personal Logbook to record both course content and assignments.
"Street Talk" is approved to reduce the Restricted Licence period by 6 months, or 3 months if over 25years of age.
"Street Talk" graduates can also be credited with unit standard 3464 on the NZQA qualifications framework. "Street Talk" is available to you NOW.

To become a "Street Talk" Provider
To become an Advanced Course (Street Talk) provider you will need to complete the following:
1. Hold unit standard 7097 (Deliver Interactive Training Sessions For Adult Education) this is available as a distance-learning package from The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.

2. Hold Unit standard 14522 (Describe processes which lead to enhanced driver self-management) this is available from Wayne Young at A1 Driving School.
